2011 is here! And with a new year brings new technologies. If you’re like me you’re probably constantly teaching yourself how to use the latest piece of software or the basics of a new programming language. So as I recently started learning a new program I thought I would share with you some of my favorite noggin cramming resources. I hope one or all of these resources help you become proficient in something new. Happy learning in 2011.
lynda.com
By far this is the best online software training. Extremely easy to use and their library of lessons is endless. It’s also quite cost effective for what you learn. You can get anytime access for $25/month or $37/month if you would like the exercise files included. You can cancel whenever you’d like.
membership.thinkvitamin.com
This is site new to me but looks promising. It’s definitely geared for everything web. From front end designers to back end developers. Subscriptions are similar to lynda.com starting at $25/month.
tutsplus.com
This is a vast network of useful tutorials that can show an old dog some new tricks. These sites are updated often so there is always something fresh.
